RETURNS
OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

SEVERAL TYPES OF GOODS ARE EXEMPT FROM BEING RETURNED. PERISHABLE GOODS SUCH AS FOOD, FLOWERS, NEWSPAPERS OR MAGAZINES CANNOT BE RETURNED. WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCTS THAT ARE INTIMATE OR SANITARY GOODS, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, OR FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS OR GASES.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT WILL SHOWING IN YOUR BACK IN 14 BUSINESS DAYS.

RETURN SMARTWATCHES OR DIGITAL ELECTRONICS.
ELECTRONICS HAVE A SPECIAL RETURN POLICY SINCE WE SHIP IT UNDER THE INTERNATIONAL LOGISTIC POLICY FOR FLAMMABLE AND BATTERY INCLUDES STUFF. WE ARE NOT OFFERING ANY FULL REFUND TO ANY SMARTWATCH FROM ANY TYPE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT ALL.
THE CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO READ OUR POLICY BEFORE REQUESTING A REFUND. SMARTVOSS HAS THE RIGHT TO RESERVE 25% FOR RESTOCKING. AND ANOTHER 15% FOR USED GOODS.

IF CUSTOMER BOUGHT ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS LIKE 'SMARTWATCH' OR 'DRONE',...ETC BY USING A SPECIAL DISCOUNT CODE FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN $5 IN DISCOUNT COMBINED WITH FREE SHIPPING. CUSTOMER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FULL CREDIT RETURN ONLY. 


IF THE ORDER HAS A TOTAL VALUE OF $90 OR MORE. SMARTVOSS WILL ISSUE A FULL CREDIT REFUND BACK TO THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO USE IT WIDELY FOR A PERIOD OF 180 DAYS.

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN.
THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED.
NEXT, CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.
